5.1 General Bonus Terms. 5.4 Expiry. Bonuses that are not used within the specified validity period will expire and be removed from the player's account without compensation.

9.2 No Warranty. The 68jl Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law.
9.3 Limitation. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 68jl's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 68jl account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.4 Excluded Losses. 68jl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.

11.2 Termination by 68jl. 68jl reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if: (a) you breach any provision of these Terms; (b) 68jl is required to do so by law or regulatory directive; (c) 68jl reasonably suspects fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity on your account; or (d) you have not logged into your account for a continuous period of twelve (12) months (dormant account).
11.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account for breach of these Terms, 68jl reserves the right to void any pending withdrawals and forfeit any account balance. Where termination is not due to player breach, any verified balance will be returned to the player.
